Welcome to Elevated Orbit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website and our services. Please read them carefully. 1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting elevatedorbit.com, submitting our contact form, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. The Service

Elevated Orbit builds and manages websites for small businesses. We offer done-for-you websites, plus ongoing hosting, management, and content updates. We can build your site in English, in Spanish, or in both. We will describe the scope of your project before we start. Anything outside that scope may be quoted as extra work.

3. Payment

Our pricing is simple and clear:

• Website build: $1,997 one-time. This covers the design and build of your website.
• Hosting and management: $347 per month. This covers hosting, updates, content help, and ongoing support.

A few important points:

• You own your website. Once your build is complete and paid for, the finished site is yours.
• You can cancel anytime. The monthly plan has no long-term contract. Cancel and your monthly billing stops at the end of your current billing period.
• The one-time build fee is for the work we do to create your site and is not a recurring charge.

If a payment fails or is past due, we may pause hosting or support until the balance is current. We will reach out before we do this.

4. Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, you agree to:

• Give us accurate information and the content we need (text, images, logos, hours, contact details).
• Confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks you send us.
• Use your website and our services in a lawful way.
• Keep your account and login details secure.

You are responsible for the legal accuracy of the information you ask us to publish, such as pricing, claims, and policies on your site.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

When your build is complete and paid for, you own the finished website and its custom content.

Elevated Orbit keeps ownership of any tools, templates, code libraries, and systems we use to build and manage sites. We may reuse these on other projects. You keep ownership of the content and brand materials you provide to us. You may not copy or resell our underlying tools, templates, or systems.

6. Disclaimers

We work hard to build reliable, professional websites. Still, we provide our website and services "as is" and "as available."

• We do not promise specific business results, traffic, rankings, sales, or leads.
• We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Hosting depends on third-party providers, and short outages can happen outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevated Orbit LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not be more than the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using our website or services after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.
